Sam Smiths taddy porter 12oz    Tadcaster, England
Very dark, fairly full in body and packed with flavor. Intense, dry tangy character of roasted barley. 5% abv

Hoffstetten Granitebock   16.9oz       Adsdorf, Austria   
white hot granite rocks are added to the wort during fermentation this causes the sugars in the malt to caramelize around the stones and gives the beer lovely caramel and roasted flavors.  7% abv

a collaboration between estrella & the chef of el bulli, created spicifically to accompany food.  4.8% abv

slightly hazy & characterised by its aroma which results from an agreeable combination of fresh hops and yeast.  8% abv

Lindemans pomme lambic  750ml     Vlezenbeek, Belgium
smooth, light body with the fresh flavor of real apples and a light green-apple tartness.  supremely refreshing.  4% abv

Brasserie Dupont foret  750ml      Tourpes, Belgium
100% organic saison. earthy,aromatic, rustic and full flavored.

brewed with four malts, four hops, four sugars and four Belgian yeast strains. 10% abv

Brooklyn black ops 750ml     Brooklyn, NY
aged for four months in bourbon barrels, bottled flat, and re-fermented in the bottle with Champagne yeast. Only 940 cases made. 10.7% abv

Deus brut des flandres 750ml     Bosteels, Belgium
First brewed at Bosteels, transfered to the Champagne region of France where it is treated much like a champagne with the bottles inverted and the yeast expunged and bottle recorked. 11.5% abv

Brooklyn schneider hopfen weisse 750ml    Brooklyn, NY
a collaboration between Garrett Oliver from Brooklyn Brewery and Hans-Peter Drexler of Schneider. A weissbock fermented w/ schneider yeast and hopped by brooklyn hops. 8.5% abv


Amadeus white beer 750ml     Douai, France    
Brewed according to the traditional techniques perfected by the monks of the Crespin Abbey. 4.5% abv

hochar pe’re et fils 2002, lebanon. cabernet, carignan, cinsault and Grenache
The 'Little Brother' of Chateau Musar, made in a lighter, fresher style with softer tannins and more approachable fruit, whilst retaining the intensity that Hochar wines are renowned for.

quinta do crasto tinto 2007. douro.    33% tinta roriz, 25% tinta barroca,  25% touriga franca, 15% touriga nacional
spicy, ripe, engaging fruit with a whiff of warm minerals 

valderiz2004, ribera del duero. 100% tempranillo
superb bouquet of wood smoke, pencil lead, scorched earth, and blackberry liqueur. Intense, complex, and opulent.

domaine de la chanteleuserie bourgueil 2007, loire.  100% cabernet franc
 rustic, with an intriguing vegetal component.

argiano non confunditor 2007. tuscany.    cabernet, merlot, syrah & sangiovese
fat and super-ripe in its expression of dark plums, cherries, smoke, tar, herbs and licorice. harmonius & silky

hedges red mountain 2006, columbia valley washington state.  61% merlot, 36% cabernet, 3% cab franc       
 bing cherry brightness , spice cake aromatics, dense texture, flavors of cocoa dusted blackberries -   long cocentrated finish w/ notes of fennel & smoke

warwick pinotage old bush vines 2007, stellenbosch south africa. 100%pinotage   
plum garnet colour with a complex of mix of fruits on the nose. a lively pinotage sweetness balanced by careful wood ageing- plenty of ripe fruit and an extra long spicy finish.
